The Kährs Tuplex underlay material provides excellent moisture protection and sound insulation for parquet flooring featuring a unique structure of polyethylene films and polystyrene granules.
The Kährs Tuplex underlay material is an essential component for installing parquet flooring, designed to enhance both the longevity and comfort of your floor. It effectively functions as both a moisture barrier and a sound insulator, creating a more durable and quieter living environment.
Its innovative construction consists of two robust polyethylene films, with a layer of polystyrene granules sandwiched in between. This unique composition not only provides superior protection against moisture but also contributes significantly to reducing impact sound, making your home more peaceful.
With a slim profile of approximately 3 mm, this underlay is perfectly suited for use with underfloor heating systems. It ensures efficient heat transfer while still providing its protective and sound-dampening benefits, making it a versatile choice for modern homes.
Each roll of Kährs Tuplex underlay measures 1.1 meters in width and 15 meters in length, covering a total area of 16.5 square meters per package. This generous coverage makes it convenient for various room sizes, minimizing seams and installation time.
Beyond its practical benefits, the Kährs Tuplex underlay is M1-certified, indicating low emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). This certification ensures a healthier indoor air quality, making it a responsible choice for your home and family.
