The Anton Oliver Black BX-4 includes an MGS Multi-Grid-System grate. This innovative grate system consists of two main grates with a 30 cm diameter interchangeable center grate. Made from durable, maintenance-free, and matte porcelain-enameled cast iron, the MGS grate is versatile, allowing for the use of various 30 cm round griddle plates, pans, and other accessories.

For easy maintenance, a practical tip is to place two layers of kitchen aluminum foil on the grill’s grease tray, topped with a thin layer of sandbox or aquarium sand. The sand effectively absorbs and evenly spreads falling grease and marinades, simplifying the cleaning process and helping to keep the grease tray in excellent condition.
