Tefal Puregliss FV8042E0 Steam Iron

The Tefal Puregliss FV8042E0 is a high-performance steam iron engineered with up to 3000 W of power, a Durilium AirGlide Autoclean soleplate and a continuous steam output of 50 g/min for effortless and precise garment care.

The Tefal Puregliss FV8042E0 steam iron delivers exceptional ironing performance powered by up to 3000 W of heating power. Combining high wattage with rapid heat-up capabilities, it generates a continuous steam output of 50 g/min and a concentrated steam boost of up to 280 g/min to eliminate stubborn creases across all ironable fabric types.

Engineered with a premium Durilium AirGlide Autoclean soleplate, this iron provides smooth gliding action and optimal steam diffusion across the tip, sides, and center. The catalytic Autoclean coating actively prevents stains and buildup over time, ensuring durable, high-efficiency performance and effortless garment care session after session.

Equipped with an integrated micro-scale collector, the iron effectively traps calc particles to maintain peak steam power and prevent scaling inside the steam chamber. Maintenance is straightforward thanks to the removable collector and self-cleaning calc management features, which ensure extended appliance longevity.

A 270 ml built-in water tank with an extra-large filling opening allows for extended ironing sessions without frequent refills. The appliance also features a versatile vertical steam function, enabling quick touch-ups on hanging clothes, suits, jackets, and delicate fabrics directly on the hanger.

Safety and convenience are central to the Puregliss design. It includes an integrated anti-drip system to prevent water spotting on garments at low temperatures and an automatic shut-off safety mechanism that powers down the unit when left unattended. The 2-meter power cord provides flexibility and reach during use.
