The Roth Alu-LaserPlus 20×2.0 mm is a five-layer, laser-welded composite pipe with 9 mm factory-applied thermal insulation, designed for domestic water, heating, and cooling installations. Engineered with an aluminium core and PE-RT II plastic, it delivers reliable shape retention and complete oxygen diffusion tightness.

The Roth Alu-LaserPlus composite pipe is a versatile solution engineered for domestic hot and cold water installations, central heating systems, and chilled water networks. Built with a robust five-layer structure, the pipe combines high-grade PE-RT II plastic layers with a laser-welded intermediate aluminium core, offering both structural strength and flexible handling for surface-mounted and concealed routing.

Factory-fitted with 9 mm thermal insulation, this pre-insulated coil minimizes heat loss across heating runs and prevents condensation formation in cooling applications. The integrated insulation eliminates the need for separate on-site lagging, helping streamline plumbing and heating layouts across both new construction and renovation projects.

The pipe provides complete oxygen diffusion resistance in compliance with DIN 4726, protecting system components from oxygen ingress and safeguarding hydronic loops against corrosion. Its intermediate aluminium layer also ensures dependable shape retention when curved, reducing the number of directional fittings needed on complex installation runs.

With a minimum bending radius of 100 mm, the pipe offers smooth curving around architectural obstacles. It is rated for an operating pressure of up to 10 bar at 20 °C and accommodates continuous working temperatures up to 70 °C, with short-term momentary peak tolerances reaching 95 °C.

The pipe is engineered for compatibility with Roth PressCheck fittings, which incorporate an indicator function designed to identify unpressed joints during pressure testing for safe, dependable connections.
