The Beurer BM81 easyLock redefines at-home cardiovascular monitoring with its tube-free, all-in-one design. Featuring the patented easyLock fastening mechanism, the cuff can be slipped onto the upper arm and tightened with a single motion, completely eliminating traditional hook-and-loop straps. This integrated system ensures a secure hold, effortless application, and an optimal fit for arm circumferences ranging from 24 to 40 cm.

Engineered with advanced inflation technology, the BM81 measures blood pressure comfortably and smoothly while the cuff inflates, preventing unnecessary over-pressurization. The device also includes an automatic cuff position check that validates correct placement on the arm during each measurement and confirms it on-screen with an OK symbol.

Monitoring and understanding results is straightforward thanks to the colored LED risk indicator, which classifies blood pressure readings according to World Health Organization standards. For thorough health insights, the unit calculates average values across all stored measurements, as well as separate morning and evening averages over the previous seven days.

Equipped with dual user memory storing up to 120 measurements per user, the BM81 makes tracking health simple for two people. Advanced arrhythmia detection identifies possible irregularities in heart rhythm during measurement, displaying warnings directly on the clear, high-contrast black XL display.
