The Geko G01880 is an auto-darkening welding mask featuring an extra-large 100 x 93 mm viewing area and four arc sensors for comprehensive face and eye protection. Designed for versatile workshop applications, it supports welding, cutting, and grinding modes across a wide range of welding processes.

The Geko G01880 welding helmet delivers complete face and eye protection against sparks, spatter, radiant heat, and ultraviolet and infrared radiation up to DIN 13. Engineered for hands-free productivity, its automatic filter eliminates repetitive visor lifting, allowing uninterrupted focus on torch handling and seam placement.

Featuring an expansive 100 x 93 mm viewing area, the mask provides a broad line of sight across the workpiece and weld puddle without requiring extra head movement. Certified to EN 379 optical class 1/1/1/2, the cartridge ensures high visual clarity with minimal distortion during detailed fabrication tasks.

Equipped with four optical arc sensors, the auto-darkening filter detects the welding arc instantly, switching from its DIN 4 light state in just 1/10,000 of a second. Operators can fine-tune response parameters using stepless sensitivity controls and selectable delay times of 0.1, 0.4, or 0.8 seconds to match specific lighting conditions.

The helmet is built for versatility across three distinct operating modes: welding, cutting, and grinding. In grinding mode, the auto-darkening function is disabled for clear visibility during surface preparation. It is compatible with multiple welding methods, including MMA (SMAW), MIG, TIG, MAG, SAW, PAC, and PAW.

Molded from lightweight and impact-resistant polypropylene, the shell conforms to EN 175 Class B mechanical strength standards to withstand tough workshop environments. It features an ergonomic, fully adjustable headgear system for a secure and balanced fit, along with a power setup combining a solar cell, a replaceable CR2450 lithium battery, and a built-in battery indicator.
